Tree Phuket Resort & Spa. Saffon is renowned for its
creative selection of Thai cuisine prepared using
traditional methods passed down through generations.
At the Saffron the exotic flavors of Asian delights blend
perfectly with the delectable décor of the restaurant.
Dishes featured on our menu include crisp fried catfish and
mango salad, stir-fried black crab with pepper and chilli,
and sticky rice with yellow curry ice cream.

meticulously designed to tempt and tantalize your taste buds
with our Western and Far Eastern dishes.

Sala Terrace
Intimately sequestered on a discreet terrace facing the

fusing the elements of thai ethnicity, gastronomy and
romance. Underneath a Banyan Tree, and overlooking the
serenity of the lagoon, this exclusive private dinner for
two is accented with the soft sound of “Kim” (Thai
traditional music).
Sanya Rak Dinner Cruise
Enjoy the ultimate romantic dinner on board 'The Sanya Rak -
Promise of Love', Banyan Tree's traditional long tail boat.
You and your partner will experience traditional music and
melt-in-the-mouth cuisine, not forgetting Phuket's
spectacular sunset as you cruise through our lagoons. The
intoxicating aura of romance as you dine on board Sanya Rak
is certainly an experience that will stay with you forever.
The Sanya Rak departs from Banyan Tree at 5.30pm; dinner
lasts approximately two and a half hours. As there is only
one departure per evening and a great deal of preparation is
required, we ask you to make your reservation as far in
advance as possible, with a minimum of five hours to cruise
time.

pavilions which are re-creations of royal Thai salas in all
their splendour. Banyan Tree Spa Phuket is opened from 9
a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
