resort occupies two levels and is perfect for a couple to

Conference Facilities
The conference hall has an estimated area of 864 sqm and can
hold up to 700 people. It can be sub-divided into 3 smaller
halls of 230 people each. Guests can also hold cocktails
before the main event at the courtyard area. There are 10
meeting rooms varying in different sizes as well as a
Business Centre.

DINING EXPERIENCE |

Ming Yue
Ming Yue at Banyan Tree Sanya translates into “The Bright
Moon” is the main restaurant.
Open from 06:30am through to 23:00 in the evening providing
service and food throughout the whole period.
For breakfast, we prepare a hearty buffet ranging from
European dishes to Oriental specialties.
Lunch & Dinner are served with a wide variety of a la carte
dishes prepared with care by our culinary team.
Private dining rooms in Banyan Tree Sanya are available
which can be reserved on request. Minimum charges are
applicable with a number of both Chinese and Western Set
menus available.
Saffron
Saffron offers a creative approach for savoring piquant Thai
Cuisine in a contemporary setting. Dishes featured on the
menu are prepared in such a way that traditional methods
passed on through generations are retained.
To keep with the elegant setting we request a dress code of
smart casual, no sleeveless t -shirts or shorts permitted.
The lounge bar is open from 17:30pm where you can enjoy a
pre dinner cocktail.
The restaurant is open from 18:00pm, reservations are
necessary.
Tian Ya Hai Jiao
Tian Ya Hai Jiao our international Cocktail Bar is open
daily from 9:00am to 12:00midninght serving an international
selection of cocktails, wines and liqueurs.
The name Tian Ya Hai Jiao or the "End of the Earth and the
Corner of the Sea" is inspired from a famous beauty spot
located at the foot of Xiama Hill in the town of Tianya, 24
km west of Sanya. This spot is hugely popular with Chinese
tourists who flock here to be photographed in front of the
huge rock which is featured on the back of the 2 RMB note.
Relax, enjoy the view and open air environment, perfect for
a sunset cocktail or just a cappuccino.
In Villa Dining
Villa Dining offers breakfast, an all day menu, dinners &
suppers, a late night snack for the night owls, and of
course our unique In-villa Barbecue. 24 hours service is
available.
