Queensland's highest mountain lodge retreat. This

ACCOMMODATIONS |

With only 10 suites, Peppers Spicers Peak
Lodge Scenic Rim offers an intimate relaxing accommodation
experience in one of South East Queensland's most beautiful
wilderness areas.
Taking its inspiration from the pristine high country
setting, the lodge has been created with its natural
environment in mind. The warm, muted colors used in the
interiors - charcoal, chocolate, caramel and linen - echo
the natural materials - stone, timber, tin and glass on the
outside.
Inside the main building there is a refreshing sense of
space with high ceilings and plenty of public areas for
relaxing, including lounges, dining areas and a library.
Peppers Spicers Peak Lodge is the perfect getaway from the
hustle and bustle of modern day pressures - you will be
instantly relaxed amid the rich atmosphere of Peppers
Spicers Peak lodge Scenic Rim with its classic yet
contemporary style.
Lodge Suites
Our Lodge Suites are stylishly appointed with full
facilities and large bathrooms with a shower. Some Lodge
Suites feature baths and fireplaces.
Spa Suites
Spa Suites are spacious and beautifully furnished with all
the creature comforts, large bathrooms, luxury amenities,
stone fireplace and outstanding views of the area. Soak up
the night sky in your private star gazing suite, complete
with spa bath and glass ceiling.
Private Lodges - Coming Soon Two Private
Lodges (1 x one bedroom and 1 x two bedroom) capitalizing on
stunning Scenic Rim views will soon open enabling guests to
relish in pampering and a private getaway whilst still
enjoying full use of the main lodge's facilities.
The luxurious private lodges are being constructed in the
same modern, classic style of the main lodge and will occupy
an escarpment position offering expansive valley and Spicers
Gap vistas, catering exclusively for two people in one and
four in the other.
Cocooned in tranquil isolation, lodge guests will be able to
indulge in creature comforts including private outdoor
infinity spas, soul-warming wood fuelled fires and state of
the art plasma televisions with surround sound.

DINING EXPERIENCE |

The food at Peppers
Spicers Peak Lodge Scenic Rim is a beautifully balanced
blend of various cuisines. Fresh and simple is the style
favored by the chefs reflecting the modern diversity of
Australian culture. The team provide an unforgettable dining
experience with a pleasant surprise every time. You will by
no means be limited to the menu. Chef John-Paul Fiechtner
can satisfy those special requests, and may even show you a
few of his secrets in the kitchen, or, prepare you a picnic
hamper - a truly personal experience.
Peppers Spicers Peak Lodge Restaurant is fully licensed for
in-house guests and opens daily for breakfast, lunch and
dinner. Each day, visitors to the retreat are invited to
experience one of our three delightful lunch menus. The
prices for each option are set, but the cuisine changes
daily, so every visit will be a new culinary journey. Choose
from a five-course or seven-course degustation menu
including beverages. Prices start at $175 per person
(bookings essential).
As the menu changes daily, all guests are asked to provide
any special dietary requirements in advance. Check-in is at
2pm, however we do invite you for lunch at 12.30pm on the
day of arrival if you choose to arrive pre lunch and depart
after breakfast the following day.
Breakfast: 7.30am - 9.30am
Lunch: 12 noon - 2.00pm
Dinner: 7.00pm (Degustation menu provided daily with wines
to complement)
