“Buon Giorno, ’Mon”-and a Bellini cocktail, greet all new guests
upon arrival. The Grand Poolside Piazza is the heart of activity at
the hotel and the new outdoor trattoria serves fine Italian
pastries, espressos and flavored coffees.
A passion for cooking-is a common ingredient in Italian and Jamaican
culture. Il Capitano serves fine wines and classic Italian cuisine
with a choice of dining indoors by candlelight or al fresco by the
ocean under the stars. The resort also offers four other sumptuous
restaurants. Following dinner, a true Roman experience awaits with
nightly entertainment inspired by Il Carnivale dating back to the
1200's.
Guests can retire to the newly enhanced rooms, featuring four-poster
Mahogany beds, marble-topped mini bars, rich furnishings and Persian
rugs. Couples have the choice of enjoying Red Lane Spa treatments in
their room or in the new spa facility.

sweep of gorgeous green mountains and on the other by the best
