ACCOMMODATIONS |

The property's innovative facades
re-create the classic Manhattan skyline, complete with 12
New York-style skyscrapers that house 2,024 guest rooms.
These interconnected structures are approximately one-third
the actual size of the New York City architecture. The
tallest building replicates the Empire State Building at 529
feet, 47 stories. Other icons include a 150-foot replica of
the Statue of Liberty; a Coney Island-style roller coaster
called Manhattan Express ®, a 300-foot long replica of the
Brooklyn Bridge; and a replica of the Soldiers and Sailors
Monument.

CASINO
The flavor of New York adds excitement to the property’s
84,000-square-foot casino. Set against a backdrop of famous
Nig Apple landmarks, the gaming area includes over 80 gaming
tables and more than 2,000 slot machines. New York-New
York’s Race & Sports Book, conveniently located next to ESPN
Zone, features 46 TVs, a dozen 61-inch big-screen TVs, and
comfortable seating. The casino also boasts a new high-limit
gaming area called Gaming on the Green.
Fun and intimate are the two words that best describe the
guest experience at New York-New York. As befitting a
full-service resort of this caliber, New York-New York
boasts a range of amenities that add excitement and comfort
to every stay.
THE POOL
Nestled among the rock and tree landscaping, a swimming pool
and three relaxing whirlpools await guests. Six private
cabanas are available for rental. The pool is open year
round. Food and beverage service is available.
RETAIL OFFERINGS
New York-New York provides guests with an array of shopping
opportunities, from shoes to New York-New York souvenirs.
Among the notable shops and boutiques are the Las Vegas
Harley Davidson authorized retail outlet, Grand Central
Watch Company, Houdini’s Magic Shop, The Newsstand and SOHO
Village.
GOLF
As guests of New York-New York, your clients receive
preferred rates at the Lakes and Desert courses—two Tom
Fazio-designed 18-hole championship golf courses at nearby
Primm Valley Golf Club.
MANHATTAN EXPRESS ROLLER COASTER
Located on the second floor of the Coney Island Emporium,
the Manhattan Express Roller Coaster—featuring 180-degree “heartline”
twist and dive maneuver—gives an adrenaline rush to more
than 1.4 million riders each year.

NINE FINE IRISHMEN
RESTAURANT & PUB
Imported piece by piece directly from Ireland, the newest
addition to New York-New York’s collection of restaurants
features the best of Irish drink, food, music and
entertainment. Inspired by nine extraordinary Irish men in
1848, Nine Fine Irishmen celebrates passion for Ireland, joy
for life, and a sense of adventure. This authentic Irish pub
setting—complete with Victorian bars and cozy nooks—serves
as a fitting backdrop for Signature Chef Kevin Dundon’s take
on traditional Irish cuisine. Outdoor seating is available
(the restaurant is one of the few in Las Vegas with seating
right on the Strip) as is nightly live entertainment and
Irish storytelling. Private functions can be arranged.
New York-New York Hotel & Casino lives up to its reputation
as “The Greatest City in Las Vegas” with an array of
restaurants that would satisfy even the most discriminating
New Yorker. Whatever your clients desire, whatever the
occasion, they are certain to find a high-quality restaurant
that meets their particular tastes.
AMERICA
New York-New York’s 24-hour restaurant takes guests on a
road trip around the country. The eclectic menu comprises
specialty dishes from various regions, with beers and wines
to complement each one. An enormous relief map of the U.S.
is the restaurant’s showpiece, while giant replicas of
vintage postcard from American cities and towns adorn the
walls.
Chin Chin
A Los Angeles mainstay since 1983, Chin Chin serves
traditional Chinese food in a colorful café setting. Guests
enjoy the show as skilled chefs prepare Dim Sum appetizers,
the signature Classic Shredded Chicken Salad, and a range of
savory entrees in the restaurant’s exhibition kitchen.
ESPN ZONE
This premier sports-themed dining and entertainment complex
features more than 165 television monitors throughout the
facility (even in the rest rooms!) so that guests never miss
a moment of the action. The expertly prepared American menu
is served either in the Studio Grill or in the Screening
Room, with its multi-game viewing options, tiered seating
and the “Zone Throne”—leather reclining chairs with the best
view of all sporting events. After a hearty meal, patrons
enjoy interactive games and attractions in The Sports Arena,
or browse for sports memorabilia in the Sports Center Studio
Store. Private functions can be arranged.
GALLAGHER’S STEAKHOUSE
New York’s original steakhouse since 1927 is now featured at
New York-New York. The resort’s primary fine dining
restaurant (reservations are required), Gallagher’s serves
the finest USDA prime, dry-aged beef and the freshest
seafood available.
GONZALEZ Y GONZALEZ
At this authentic rendition of a New York City Mexican café,
guests dine in an outdoor courtyard right in the center of
“the city”. Lanterns and piñatas set the scene, as do the
giant margaritas and the popular tequila bar.
IL FORNAIO
This authentic Italian restaurant highlights the delicious
cuisine of Northern Italy. Selections from the exhibition
kitchen include wood-fired rotisserie chicken and duck;
imported homemade past; mesquite grilled fish, steak and
chops; pizza made on the wood-burning oven; and fresh
seasonal salads and soups. Meals are topped by an array of
desserts and Italian coffees. “Sidewalk dining” is
available. Private functions can be arranged.
VILLAGE STREET EATERIES
This unconventional food court in a Greenwich Village
setting serves a variety of tempting foods. Unique and
affordable options—many offering “sidewalk” dining—include
hamburgers, deli sandwiches, New York-style pizza, ice
cream, smoothies, and gourmet coffees. The themed design
incorporates such elements as brownstones, paved streets,
steaming manhole covers, and lighted billboards.

THE SPA |
|
Guests find it easy to stay on their
workout regimen utilizing the latest in cardiovascular and
circuit training equipment and free weights in the fitness
area, overlooking the pool. Separate men’s and women’s
facilities include steam and sauna rooms. Whirlpools are
available in the men’s spa; hydrotherapy tubs in the
women’s. Spa services include the signature desert-inspired
Skin Cuisine body scrubs, aromatherapy massage and clay body
masks. Guests also have access to the Regis Signature Salon,
staffed by a professionally trained team of hair, nail and
skin specialists.
