CAFE MEZZ - Open daily, serving world-famous "Pink's" hot
dogs.
SPICE MARKET BUFFET - The chef and his staff transport you
to a place where the cuisines of many countries
unite...including Asia, Italy, the Middle East, America,
and Mexico. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
STARBUCK'S COFFEE - Feature's one of America's most popular
coffee, espresso, and pastries baked daily. Located adjacent
to the Zanzibar Cafe on the main casino level. Open 24

PF CHANGS-CHINA BISTRO - Offers culinary creations. The menu
offers an array of taste, texture, color and aroma. P. F.

BLONDIES - Blondies offers a traditional bar menu of
starters and entrees, sandwiches, salads, pizzas and
desserts. Blondies carries every big sports game on its 35
plasma and big-screen televisions.
CHEESEBURGER AT THE OASIS - A full service, casual
restaurant specializing in rock-n-roll, cheeseburgers,
salads, tropical drinks, and their Maui Mud Pie.
COMMANDERS PALACE - Continuing the Commander's Palace
tradition, the cuisine will combine New Orleans and Creole
foods incorporating ingredients and indigenous to the Las
Vegas area.
LA SALSA MEXICAN CANTINA - Offers Mexican fare and a full
bar featuring 40 tequilas, rum drinks, wine and a full
compliment of Mexican beers. The exterior design of La Salsa
Cantina features a 25-foot-tall illuminated Margarita flask
complete with salted rim and a 4 foot lime wedge. La Salsa
Cantina offers diners sizzling platters of fajitas, several
versions of their well known burrito, salads and specialty
entrees.
LOMBARDI'S ROMAGNA MIA - An Italian trattoria, Lombardi's
features Italian dishes and their signature focaccia from
their wood burning oven. Happy Hour is served daily from
2:00pm-6:00pm
MAX'S CAFE - Max's Cafe brings its famous Max's 3-for-1
all-day happy hour specials to its fifth location - inside
Desert Passage. This upscale bar and restaurant is a regular
spot for the after-work crowd to socialize with friends and
meet new people. Max's Cafe offers classic bar and grill
menu items, like burgers, salads and appetizers, as well as
fresh fish, steak, chicken and chop specialties.
