THEhotel is the perfect compliment to our already-impressive property. At 43 stories, it rises above the Las Vegas Strip. Within, 1,118 suites with separate living and sleeping areas, hospitable meeting places and swank hotspots all combine to make an airy, cosmopolitan haven for those who appreciate life's finer things.

Each standard 725 square foot suite boasts modern furnishings, a 42-inch plasma television, private bar, and other plush amenities.

The rooms amenities include high end amenities such as: white goose down surround pillows, 100% white goose down top mattress pads, white goose down blankets, custom design linens at 230 thread count, over weight 18 pound terry items, frette robes, thong style slippers, fabric laundry bags, stainless bath amenities, dark walnut wood hangers, leather desk and phone pad accessories, custom exclusive amenity line, 'Bathe", created exclusively for THE hotel standard suites. These rooms also include plasma screen TVs in the parlor, high speed internet access, in room safes, in room fax machine / copier/printer, in room mini bars, full size stainless hair dryers and iron and ironing boards. The bathroom will also have a flat screen TV on a swivel arm, viewable from any angle.

At 750 square feet, these are the largest standard rooms in Las Vegas. The entry is cool, clean tile. Concoct something at the wet bar, and then settle down in front of the 42" plasma TV. The elegantly-appointed bathroom features marble and granite, and a separate tub and shower. To help you conduct your business, there are high-speed internet connections and a fax/printer in every room.

Our top floor suites have even more upgraded amenities to include 500 thread count exclusive design bed linens, 20 pound towels, full desk accessories, and 'Aromapothecary' bath amenities found at Barney's of New York. Cashmere like robes and coordinating slippers are found in every closet. A pool table will be in the lobby and a restaurant and club will be on the roof.

The new spa is BATHHOUSE at THEhotel. Our signature and exclusive lines will be Carita, Emminence which also allows you to create your own body treatments, and Aromapothecary, a custom blend line for each individual and their individual essence. We will offer treatments as "Champagne From Head to Toe", Creme Brule body treatment with sprinkles of cinnamon and nutmeg as well as a pedicure, oxygen treatments, crystal and stone body, facial and pedicure treatments and mist on tanning. The pool and Jacuzzi area will be offering bath soaks in individual tubs with soaks such as "manic', 'a sense of you'. We will also offer retail items for the above lines as well as Peter Thomas Roth, Cellex - C, and our own three lines for the Bathhouse are Infuse, Immerse and Submerge by June Jacobs and much more.
