Reservations are recommended and are taken up to three months in advance.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment for check in, changing, and shower.
Use of the Spa facility is complimentary for guests receiving a massage, facial, or body treatment on the day of their service.
Please inform operator of any physical or medical needs, conditions, or considerations prior to booking appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Children under 18 years old not permitted to use facilities or Spa services, even if accompanied by an adult. Identification may be required prior to entering the Spa.

Cancellations
Minimum of four-hour notice is required or payment in full is due.

Do I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment…
Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if you prefer them. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over any part of your body not being treated. You may request a male or female therapist, as you prefer.

Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition, allergy or disability...
Yes. Please tell our spa reception associate when you call for a reservation if you are pregnant, have allergies or any other condition we should know about.
