entertainment options.
Medici Café and Terrace –Ranked among America's "20
Best New Restaurants" (Esquire, Nov. 2003), Medici Café &
Terrace provides a relaxed dining experience in a room
filled with the fragrance of grand bouquet arrangements.
Banquettes and chairs are enveloped in woven fabrics of
brocades and plush silks, while European botanical and
Italian Renaissance art adorns the walls. The inviting
environment welcomes 120 guests inside or 35 guests for
alfresco dining in a romantic setting adjacent to the
resort's Florentine gardens. A lively display kitchen
exhibits Medici's signature cuisine, with its freshest of
ingredients and flavorful new-American influence.
Casual breakfast and lunch service, including an
award-winning Sunday Brunch, features traditional and
innovative dishes such as a morning favorite of two
perfectly poached eggs sitting atop a crispy Dungeness crab
and potato cake. In the evening, Medici Café and Terrace
transforms into a fine specialty restaurant offering a wide
choice of elegant and flavorful updated American dishes as
well as a popular Chef's Market Menu complemented by
world-class wines. Open 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for breakfast,
11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for lunch and 6 to 10 p.m. for dinner.
Sunday brunch, offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., features a
residential-style vodka and prosecco bar for customized
morning libations that are included in the $42 brunch price.
A healthy children's menu is also offered.
Firenze Lobby Lounge – A romantic, relaxing lounge in
a warm, living room setting, Firenze Lobby Lounge embraces
guests with classic artwork, comfortable furnishings and
panoramic views of Lake Las Vegas and high-desert mountains.
The perfume of fresh flower arrangements and the notes of a
live pianist enhance a unique experience for Southern Nevada
– Afternoon Florentine Tea, offering not only traditional
scones, finger sandwiches and pastries but also Italian
savories such as prosciutto and fig sandwiches and
freshly-baked biscotti. Terrace service is offered on
fine-weather days. In the evening, Firenze Lobby Lounge
becomes a bustling gathering spot with live entertainment
and a selection of cocktails, fine cognacs, premium liquors,
single malt scotches, wine and champagne by the glass, along
with a menu of finest quality cigars and hors d'oeuvre,
desserts and soufflés. Open from 11 a.m. to midnight, with
Florentine Tea offered Thursday - Sunday at 1 and 3 p.m.
Galileo Bar – A warm, lively ambience pervades
Galileo Bar's club-like setting, transporting guests back to
the Las Vegas of old. Relaxing leather chairs and couches
and soft, intimate lighting enhance a rich color scheme. A
humidor filled with fine, world-renowned cigars and private
selections accents the room, while an outdoor terrace allows
guests to sip cocktails and enjoy the spectacular night sky.
Guests are offered an innovative hors d'oeuvre, light fare
and dessert menu throughout opening hours, while an elegant
selection of cocktails includes premium liquors, cordials
and cognacs, and fine wines and champagne by the glass. Live
entertainment continues into the late evening, making
Galileo Bar the ultimate retreat – an exceptional getaway
from lights, action and crowds. Service is available from 6
a.m. to 9 a.m. (morning coffee service) and from 11 a.m. to
midnight.
Vita di Lago Pool & Gardens – Outdoor dining in a
relaxed, casual setting is enhanced by comfortable lounge
chairs, umbrella tables, state-of-the-art cabanas and
crisply rolled scented towels. World-class healthy cuisine
(sandwich wraps, fruit savories, fresh fish and salads) and
refreshing tropical beverages are available both poolside
and on the resort's white sand beach, with many guests
claiming the pool burger is the best they've ever tried.
Refreshing Evian misters are offered to guests throughout
the day. Open 11 a.m. to sunset.
