CURRENCY:
If your vacation is taking you outside the United States, it
is advisable to exchange some money prior to travel. Local
banks, American Express offices, and AAA offices can issue
travelers checks in foreign currency. Once in the
destination country, you can exchange money at the airport,
banks, and American Express offices, and most hotels. Keep
in mind that each time you exchange money, you will be
charged a fee. Therefore, to minimize conversion fees, it is
advisable to limit the number of times you convert your
money. You can completely avoid these fees by using most
credit cards to make purchases. Foreign currency rates
fluctuate daily
DOCUMENTS:
Your travel documents will be mailed to you approximately 21
days prior to departure.
BAGGAGE:
Each traveler is allowed to check the maximum of two pieces
of baggage free of charge, in addition to one carry-on, plus
one personal item. Additional baggage may be accepted for an
excess baggage fee. All baggage must meet the size and
weight limits set by the airline. The one carry-on item must
be able to fit in the overhead compartment or under the
seat. Contact the airline directly for excessive baggage
fees and size and weight limits. Neither the tour operator
nor suppliers are responsible for lost or stolen baggage.
E-TICKETING: As you look through your documents, you
will find a passenger receipt and itinerary listing your
flight schedule. Since your vacation has been electronically
ticketed, you will not receive actual airline tickets. With
Electronic (E-ticket) all you need is a passenger receipt
and photo I.D. Simply present identification to receive a
boarding pass.
REVISIONS:
There will be a $30 fee per transaction, plus any supplier
fees (including air fees according to the fare type
purchased) for any changes made to your vacation after the
initial deposit has been received. A $45 fee per
transaction, plus any supplier penalties (including airline
fees according to the rules of the fare type purchased) will
be applied for any changes made after final payment and/or
issue of tickets. A minimum $100 per ticket airline service
fee will be charged for any changes made to the air record.
If your airline tickets need to be reissued, new tickets
will not be released until the original tickets are received
in our office. Revisions include any changes made to dates,
hotel, ground or air transportation. Revisions are not
permitted within 5 days of departure. Name changes are not
allowed. If the number of persons occupying a room changes,
the remaining travelers will be responsible for the
difference in room rate. In addition, should you elect to
change the return portion of your airline ticket after
travel has commenced, you will be charged a minimum revision
fee of $100 per person, which is payable directly to the
airline when the ticket is re-issued and revalidated. To
reissue lost tickets, you will have to contact the airline
directly to pay for the new airline ticket plus applicable
lost ticket fees. You will have to submit a Lost Ticket
Application directly with the airline for any refunds.
Greater penalties may also be imposed by certain hotels when
travel dates are changed after the Operator has returned
control of room availability to the resort. Other ticketing
fees may apply.
SCHEDULE
CHANGES: Regular scheduled flights have been selected
for the vacation package; however, CM.Travelonline.com Inc.,
does not guarantee any specific flight schedule and will not
be held responsible for any changes that result in an
increase in airfare or deviation in original flight
itinerary. The customer will be responsible for any expenses
incurred.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: In the unlikely event that you
need to cancel your vacation, various cancellation fees
apply which can be up to 100% of the cost of your vacation.
You must call our office prior to your original departure
time or you will be subject to no-show penalties. All
published air tickets are non-refundable. Written requests
for refunds on cancellations and all travel documents must
be returned to our Customer Service Department within 30
days of cancellation. Failure to follow these requirements
will result in waiver of rights to cancellation refunds.

return. Any additional costs resulting from such a
variation are the responsibility of the tour
